Before visiting, our tradesperson will enquire if:

  

• Individuals have symptoms of coronavirus or self-isolating

• is vulnerable or is shielding

   During a visit, our tradesperson will:

• use a hand sanitiser prior to entering your property, wash their hands regularly during their visit and use a hand sanitiser after they leave your property

• will follow current social distancing guidelines, avoiding close social contact.  Please do not offer any food or drink as they will politely be declined

• avoid touching any surfaces or objects other than those necessary to do the job

   Self-Isolating/Shielded Households: 

• no work will be carried out in your household where self-isolating is taking place or where an individual is being shielded, unless the work is to carry out emergency repairs

• if emergency repairs are deemed necessary, your household must stay in a separate room or as far away as possible from our tradesperson

• you must ensure that any vulnerable people in your household avoids coming into face-to-face contact with our tradesperson all surfaces and areas that our tradesperson has come into contact with will be limited to those necessary to do the job and must be cleaned thoroughly

No work will be carried out by our tradesperson if  they have symptoms of coronavirus, however mild.

Symptoms of coronavirus:

• a high temperature

• a new, continuous cough

• a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
